Skippack Fire Company was dispatched Monday morning to assist Station 54, Limerick Fire Company on a residential structure fire. The call for Rescue 86 as the RIT came in at 11:26 for a residence in the 400 block of N Township Line Road in Limerick Township. The original box for Station 54 came in at 11:23 with a 3rd party report of smoke coming from the basement. An additional call from the homeowner reported the basement was on fire and everyone was out of the residence.

Skippack Rescue 86 with the Captain and Utility 86 responded to the scene. Crews assisted on scene with RIT, accountability, ventilation and overhaul. All Skippack Fire Company crews returned to the station within two hours.
