Skippack firefighters were dispatched to a field fire under the power lines in the area of Lovers Lane and the Lock 60 Park on Tuesday afternoon just before 4 pm. ATV and Utility 86 assisted with fire suppression while Tanker 86 supplied water to the scene. Crews returned to Skippack around 8:30 pm, when they were dispatched to an EMS lift assist.
