Skippack Fire Co. was again dispatched to a fire at Palmer International at 10:08 am Tuesday morning. The fire was placed under control in under two hours with crews staying for additional time to find hot spots and ensure scene safety. SFC appreciates the support of the EMS staff on scene including Trappe Fire Ambulance Company and Skippack Emergency Medical Services. We are grateful to our mutual aid companies who assisted on scene including Lower Providence Fire Department, Perkiomen Township Fire Company, Harleysville Community Fire Company, Worcester Volunteer Fire Department, Lower Frederick Fire Company, Upper Salford Volunteer Fire Company, Towamencin Volunteer Fire Company, Upper Providence Township Department of Fire and Emergency Services and to Pennsburg Volunteer Fire Company for standing by at our station during this extended operation.
